Along the Via Campo, a young man is walking against the flow shouting to everyone he meets, “You are my sister! You are my brother!” I don’t know if he’s drunk or a prophet. So goes the journey of our lives: Do we seek a life of vengeance or build a better world? Do we build beauty atop the ruins? Do we walk through the days intoxicated with the distractions of the modern world insisting we are strangers? Or do we dare to walk into the endless crowd of souls, exclaiming we are sisters and brothers?
