An Ungodly Rite to Destroy Life
If the word Satan does not conjure up contentious thoughts, then The Satanic Temple opening up an abortion clinic – might. Lucien Greaves, the Founder of The Satanic Temple is at the forefront advocating for the right to abortion access. Not only does The Satanic Temple support women and the right to access abortion services but they provide abortion pills and a ungodly destruction ritual to kill the life inside them.
One major publication that speaks agreeably about The Satanic Temple advocating for abortion access is Cosmopolitan Magazine. In a recent article, Ariell Domb a writer at Cosmopolitan writes:
“But beneath the outlandish branding lies a sincere mission: The New Mexico–based telehealth practice, a legitimate medical entity run by an accredited clinical team, offers abortion care to patients within state lines”. Domb informs us The Satanic Temple members do not worship Satan, nor do they offer sacrifices to the devil. Domb asserts that the members of the Satanic Temple are non-theistic and see Satan more as a – Mascot.
Lucien Greaves is undoubtedly brazened yet well-read, intelligent, and marketing savvy. He is also charming and rather good-looking. But, as John Donne said, “No Man is an Island” thus Lucien Greaves does not work alone. Background actors like Jex Blackmore and Penny Lane Director of Hail Satan the documentary is also a part of the satanic agenda which includes more, albeit unorthodox abortion access which includes an ominous Satanic Ritual of Destruction.
Regardless of The Satanic Temple’s true intentions, Satan, their “mascot” has a way of turning things around in his favor. Don’t be fooled, there are more Satanists in the world than one would think—Satan aka Lucifer is the lover of chaos and the leader of rebellious men. Satanists often use semantics to skirt the truth. There are a few differences within the branches of Satanism, nonetheless they are all of the same – seed. Satan is the Bringer of Death and Destruction. He is also known by names like Beelzebub, Lucifer, The Serpent, Murder, The Accuser, The Tempter, The Devil, The Father of Lies, and last but not least–The Destroyer.
John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
The reality is there are consequences to all our actions. We reap what we sow. The abortion issue is undoubtedly controversial, complex, and very personal. Choosing life or to terminate a child, requires great strength and discernment. I always believe that the choice to bear a child should only be between the woman and Almighty God.
